Professional
Where support meets infrastructure
For the past four years, I’ve worked in IT supporting the people, devices, systems, and networks that keep businesses running. I enjoy troubleshooting issues, figuring out how different technologies connect, and making things easier for the users on the other side of the ticket. My work has included endpoint support and device management, Microsoft 365 administration, Azure and Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments including Ubuntu and Kali Linux. I have also supported network environments involving switches, wireless connectivity, VLANs, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, and day-to-day infrastructure troubleshooting.
A large part of my experience has been working in managed IT environments where every day can bring a different challenge. I have supported device migrations, user onboarding and access, shared mailboxes, endpoint security, Microsoft 365 environments, cloud-based tools, and issues that require looking beyond the obvious to find the real root cause.
Over time, I’ve become especially interested in cloud infrastructure, identity management, Linux systems, and security-focused administration. I’m continuing to grow toward Cloud Support Engineer, Systems Administrator, and Cloud Infrastructure Engineer roles where I can combine hands-on support experience with building secure, reliable, modern environments.

Personal
A life beyond the screen
Outside of technology, I’m someone who values growth, creativity, and staying connected to the things that make life feel grounded. I enjoy reading, yoga, snowboarding, and music, especially experimenting with DJing and mixing. I like having interests that challenge me in different ways and remind me that learning does not only happen at a desk.
I’m naturally curious and tend to be drawn to experiences that help me see things from a different perspective, whether that is exploring a new place, learning something unfamiliar, or spending time in nature. I value discipline, independence, and building a life that leaves room for both ambition and creativity.
The same mindset I bring to technology carries into my personal life: I like understanding how things work, improving little by little, and staying open to where the next chapter can take me.

Projects
Enterprise Application Packaging & Intune Deployment
Prepared a business application for enterprise deployment by converting and configuring the installer package in Visual Studio. I then created the application deployment in Microsoft Intune, assigned it to the appropriate managed Windows devices, and verified that the installation completed successfully for users.
